Returns Policy for VAULT HQ
For all IN-STORE purchases; returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase if your item is faulty, but proof of purchase must be provided. Items must not be worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state, all tags still attached and no makeup or tan present. We recommend you thoroughly review your item before purchasing if in store and try on the item for size

Online purchase returns may be accepted if your item is Faulty within 14 days from collected parcel date; only if proof of purchase is provided and if items have not been worn, washed or damaged.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, VAULT HQ is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. Note: we do not stock each sizes for every dress/shoe style, so we do not offer returns for wrong size selection.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear and shoes are unable to be returned.
PLEASE NOTE: Gift cards/vouchers are strictly non-refundable for cash and must be used instore or online. VAULT HQ take no responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. All returns should be sent via registered post with parcel tracking. Items lost in the post are not the responsibility of VAULT HQ.
